捷豹汽車有限公司（英語：Jaguar Cars Limited）是英國的一家豪華汽車生產商，總部起初座落於英格蘭考文垂的布朗蘭（Browns Lane），後遷至考文垂的惠特利。1922年成立之初的名為SS汽車公司，1945年更為現名。1968年起成為英國禮蘭汽車公司的品牌，1984年脫離英國政府公營的禮蘭汽車集團成為獨立公司，1989年被福特汽車公司收購。

2008年3月26日美國福特車廠以23億美元把旗下的英國著名高檔汽車品牌捷豹（Jaguar）與越野路華（Land Rover），售予印度塔塔汽車。[1]

捷豹擁有戴姆勒(Daimler)汽車品牌，Daimler是創辦Daimler汽車（日後與Benz合併為Daimler-Benz）的Gottlieb Daimler先生所授權在英國銷售的廠牌，後來Gottlieb Daimler自己改用Mercedes作為汽車名稱，當初獲得授權的英國公司仍繼續使用Daimler廠牌，後來與Jaguar合併成為Jaguar的高價車款，英國官員與香港港督的座車。其主要競爭對手有奧迪、寶馬、凱迪拉克、凌志、朋馳、保時捷等。

Jaguar在中國大陸翻譯為捷豹，香港譯為積架，在台灣早年使用積架，現翻譯為捷豹，而新加坡則譯為「惹卦」。在中國大陸，汽車愛好者們也經常稱之美洲虎。
