韓國的大宇汽車(DAEWOO)由于與美國福特集團的併購計劃破裂，已於上個月宣佈破產。因此買DAEWOO的車必須三思，其零件來源，保固服務，中古車價，代理商更換等問題，都有很大的影響。
在台灣影響最大的莫過於王永慶的台塑汽車了，台塑汽車在全台設了五十多個據點，正準備在年底放手一博推出台塑一號之際，卻碰上這碼子事，真是衰!據說一個月預計產800輛的LEGANZA，目前大宇只能勉強供應四十多輛的零件而已。

咳.........是A了不少東西, 但素只能稱為初級班的ㄠ客. 我們身為聰明的消費者要能有不斷的進步才是. 下一次去買車車時.......要進階中級班的才可以.
初級班: A到一些小小的配備就算PASS.
中級班: 沒A到配備但可以找到及說服可愛的業務美眉出來約會.
高級班: 配備都A到了, 還讓業務美眉和你約會.....

General Motors, the world's largest automaker, has expressed its intention to take over Daewoo Motors that Ford Motor Company canceled its projected acquisition,
according to creditors of the ill-fated Korean car manufacturer.
They announced that officials of GM and Daewoo creditors have concluded a letter of intent (LOI) at Seoul's Hilton Hotel on Sunday.
Lee Keun-Young, head of the Financial Supervisory Commission, stressed that GM may not withdraw the negotiation halfway since the company is aiming at advancing into the Asian market by utilizing Korea as an outpost.
Initially, GM is going to conduct an basic examination of Daewoo Motors and will later inform the target operations for purchase, which will be followed by a precise corporate examination and price negotiation, the officials said.
Last year, the American auto giant offered US$5 billion with only US$1 billion in direct investment. So, the government abandoned the private sale to GM and had an official tender for sale of Daewoo.

我不久前有看過(台塑一號),車子蠻不錯的.很氣派而且配備應有盡有,如果真能上市的話,應該會有不錯的銷售量.對了,台塑計劃要將整條生產線的模具買下來.如果台塑真的想進軍台灣汽車市場,相信財力應該不是問題.
